A. I break my screen all the time. Apple recommends you get a new phone in general because with a cracked screen there may be other mechanical malfunctions you are unaware of. That may be a way for them to scam us but I don't like taking any chances when I use my phone literally every minute of the day!

Q. I have two Iphone 2g's that have damaged screens. My plan is to buy two digitizers from Canada and take them to India to get them repaired because labour is too expensive here. I need to know if there are places in india (most likely Punjab) where shops in India that repair iphone. Also, is it recomended for me to buy the replacement digitizers from or would they have some in India. Any info is highly appreciated.

Q. My iphone 4 has a shattered screen, i wana replace it myself because it will be alot cheaper. I have repaired iphone 3gs,3g, and ipod touches in the past so im not new to this. How hard is it or how complicated is it to get the job done? Also my phone is jailbroken, will there be any probability that by the time i put it back together when i started apple will make me restore it? Thanks!
