How can i share my iTunes account with my friend?

Q. We plan to share one account, with the hope that we can halve the fee using to buy apps for each of us.

Is that even possible? I know one account can authorize 5 devices but if i buy i.e. Angry Birds can my friend also get it from an other iPhone/PC without getting charged again? If yes, how? Thank you.

A. If both devices sync with only one computer with iTunes, it would share the apps - but as already noted all the personalized services like gamescores and music results would be shared therefore ruining the experience.
