A. you will have to get it unlocked to orange but if you want to change to o2 ask orange for a pac code and that will let you keep your number then you wont have to change numbers at all

A. It is not possible to unlock the Sprint iPhone 4 for any carrier. If you want to use the iPhone 4 outside the US and you are a good customer in standing with Sprint, then they will unlock it for you to use with a foreign service provider. You can't unlock your phone to use with a US service provider however.
