A. To be the safest you should reserve one. It's not so hard, you can do it online or by phone. There are big quantities of iPhone 4Ss but at times and certain days they can run out and you'll have to wait. And it seems to me that your business demands that you have the phone at a precise moment. Go safe - reserve one.

-The PC version is more detailed and has more possibilities, not to mention better graphics.
-The portable device version is more limited in what you can do, such as jobs/personalization/overall game play
-The PC version has the ability to have cheats and mods as well which are another way to enrich game play.
-The PC version can have stuff packs and expansion packs added to it, while the other version you have to buy them as separate games and they cannot be used together (there are no stuff packs either)
All and all, I would say that the PC version is better because you get much much more bang for your buck, but if you are more focused on convenience rather than in depth playing, the handheld might be best.
