What is the most cost efficent way to replace my iphone 4 screen?

Q. I bought my iphone today but accidentally shattered the glass by dropping it.
So i researched and found out it costs $199 to get it repaired it at apple?
Can anyone tell me the most cost efficent way to replace my iphone 4 screen?
I would do it myself but im not sure where i should buy the screen replacement with a reasonable price.
Also, if the touch screen still works with the broken glass, do I just need to replace the LCD and not the digitizer?

A. ooo iphone 4 is the hardest screen to replace out of all the ipods/iphones.. if u did it by yourself you would need the right tools, and watch videos over and over. all the inside parts must be taken out to get to the screen screws. youtube has some videos on the teardown if thats the route u choose. local shops are usualy cheaper than apple.. oh and apple doesnt "repair" any customers device.. they simply replace it with a refurbished one. they repair it but they repair it after they give you someone else's ipod/iphone. as i was saying.. local shops are cheaper than apple. i charge $49 for the installation of a iphone 4 screen. the screen itself is about $59+tax+shipping. so you would save $50+ if u take it to a local shop rather than taking it to apple. good luck i hope this helps.

PS. the digitizer and the LCD are glued together. just make sure you buy the part with both.. they do sell the screen separately for wholesale repair shops. good luck!

Q. Where can i buy a bulk iphone 3gs or iphone4 , either new, refurbished, or use slightly. for a wholesale price ?
That goes the same for any kind of blackberry.
Note the phones have to be unlocked for world wide use
