How much would you buy a used iphone for?

Q. Let's say you didn't have an iphone and you wanted one? What is a fair price to sell a slightly used iphone and also an iphone2?
But let's say you did want one. Let's say you're one of your friends who wanted one. Or lets say you had a source where you could buy at a huge discount.
What would be a fair price to sell it?

A. first off, anyone who doesn't like apple or its products, including the iphone, is either just too cheap to invest in them or they are relatives of bill gates and are forced to avoid apple products.

otherwise, taking into consideration that new iphone 3g's (which are obviously far better that original iphones) cost only $200 with service now, i would say you can't sell an old iphone for too much more that that, thought you probably paid more. iphones 3gs sell for $399/$499 if you don't buy service contracts with them. this said, i would say a good price to buy a slightly used...
original iphone is $150/200
iphone 3g is $175/225

Can you unlock an used Iphone 3GS that was under AT&T carrier?
Q. I am trying to sell my used iphone 3GS 32 GB on amazon/ebay. So I am just wondering if a buyer (who knows how to unlock) can just unlock my iphone when they buy it. (because I don't know how) Thanks any answers and advice would be appreciated. I was also wondering what would be a good price to sell it. Thanks!

A. yes they can..its super easy to unlock a 3gs.

How much would a used iPhone 4 sell for now?
Q. Now that the iPhone has been released, how much would a used iPhone 4 sell for on eBay or Amazon? How about a used iPhone 4s?

A. I feel that people are getting ridiculous and carried away with phones. The companies are just making products and playing on the intelligent of hardworking people because of recent sales so they will continue to make another I-Phone and companies will continue to make phones. Why not just make a phone the first time that have a slightly longer screen, a faster processor, turn by turn navigation and whatever then be done with it? Its because of revenue. These are business people and all these phones have been planned out years ago. The purpose of a telephone is to enable two remotely located users to communicate by voice between each other. The price of the iPhone 5 depends on memory space. The 16gb is 199.99, the 32 gb is 299.99, and the 64gb is 399.99. All you need is a regular phone that can call and text a person then save and invest the remaining amount of money. You have people that buy a fancy phone or new gadget repeatedly but complain about their lack of funds and do not have savings or a retirement account. I'm 28yrs old and I am not buying a I-phone. Why buy the product when you can buy the stock....

Take Care
