What folder in the iPhone are custom ringtones kept?

Q. I am using iPhone PC Suite and I have access to the folders that are actually inside the iPhone. I recently lost all my entire iTunes library and restored them this way. The only thing I haven't restored are my ringtones, and I'm not sure where I can find them to download them back (I haven't updated with iTunes so they're still on there). I found the factory ringtones but where exactly are the custom ones kept that I created and loaded onto it?
Strange, it is in neither folder and I do have Cydia (My iPhone is Winpwned). Both folders have the stock ringtones. But the Cydia folder says .ogl23U at the end as opposted to just Ringtones. I don't see how I can still have my ringtones if it isn't in either location. Are they hidden files somehow?
I know where it puts the ringtones, unfortunately my music folder (including everything from iTunes) was deleted and not available. Since the phone won't transfer the ringtones back, it simply wants to wipe them off even though I have custom ones on it. I still have them on there because I told it not to sync the ringtones, and the only way I'm seeing to get them off is via an iPhone browser which I'm using but it appears as though none of the folders have the custom ringtones in it.

I know what to do with them when they're on my PC and the whole .m4a to .m4r trick but the files are completely gone forever and unrecoverable (I tried using a data recoverer immediately after deletion to no avail).

A. In http://miphone2g.blogspot.com/2008/12/como-aadir-ringtones-tonos-al-iphone-de_25.html at blog "Mi iPhone 2G" explains it. It is in Spanish but you have a translation device.
Anyway, they should be in

var/mobile/Media/iTunes_Control/iTunes

files need to have octal 0644
