A. it depends on what type and size you get but i recommend an iphone because an itouch is stupid in comparison. an iphone in the united states is between 90 and 400 dollars for the phone, i recommend getting a 16gb 3g iphone which cost about 100 dollars online and for the unlimited data plan it is usually around 40 or 50 a month at the highest rate.
