A. yes, the regular 3g has been. but i you want the cheap one you can still get the 3gs for 99$, which is a great phone, its what i'm stuck with until i can get an upgrade to the iphone 4 in march of next year.
But why not just pay the extra 100$ for the iphone 4? its well worth it, and plus you can brag about it to all your friends.

A. Walmart, but not by much. $197/$297. In that case you could get it for the $199/$299 price at Best Buy, RadioShack, AT&T stores & Apple Stores.
