Q. I am not talking about a special glove or special stylus that you use with your hand. I want to remove the hand all together.
This is a bit of a pain to do with Capacitive touch screens as they don't on pressure, but rather on changes in charge levels. So if anyone knows how you can use these type of screens without using any part of your body, It would be appreciated.

A. Yeah, I have seen a bunch of styluses especially made for the iPod Touch, just look around and search for them online. I'll even give you a link to one I saw.

A. well there are alot of fake iphones on ebay, (a88, t32, i32, i68, daxian x999, p168, LH01, a8+, p168+,) to name a few, but the ones that are most like the iphone have an actual capacitive screen, meaning you can use your fingers and a stylus, not just your fingers or a stylus like in most phones, they have all the features that a regualr iphone has, except wifi and 8gb, also theyre not as responsive, and dont have 3G, but hey, they're $400-$500 cheaper
